Hi, I’m Aanchal and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with understanding, empathy and support. Born and raised in India, I’ve also lived in Singapore and Australia, experiences that have given me a culturally informed perspective on therapy. These diverse environments have deepened my understanding of how culture shapes our approach to relationships, coping strategies and emotional and psychological make up. I strive to integrate this awareness into my work, ensuring that therapy feels relevant and respectful to your unique background.
I offer virtual therapy with a client-centered approach, recognizing that a one-size-fits-all method does not work for everyone. By integrating various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and yogic practices like pranayama, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. My goal is to create a space where you can explore challenges, gain new perspectives and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
